When renting a property a tenant has many obligations, from making sure that their rent is always paid on time and in full, to notifying the landlord or agent of any maintenance issues that arise as soon as possible to minimise the damage it could potential cause. We expect all of our tenants to make sure that our properties are kept to a good standard, well ventilated and that basic maintenance i.e. replacing light bulbs, keeping waste pipes un-blocked and checking fuses are all kept on top of. In return we are always on hand to assist our tenants personally & have an excellent team of experienced tradesmen on call for the unfortunate times when someone more qualified is required.
It is our aim to provide our tenants with a safe and comfortable place to live. We build excellent relationships with all of our tenants and most end up staying for many years.
